Path in the woods leading uphill to healing from online therapy

Meet Lindsay!

I’m dedicated to helping every individual, couple or family navigate life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity. I have a heartfelt, whole-hearted approach, and I am passionate about creating a safe and open space for all to explore and address the issues affecting their daily lives. Drawing on years of experience across various clinical settings—including schools, non-profits, domestic violence centers, and private practice—I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to facilitate healing and personal growth.

I have extensive experience in relationship issues, intimacy, grief, and anxiety, and a passion for helping people cope with the mental and emotional toll of autoimmune diseases, such as Type 1 diabetes. With a firm belief that the answers to our deepest struggles lie within each individual, my goal is to help uncover those answers and move forward in a positive direction. I believe and embody a genuine and empathetic approach in my sessions to help foster trust so we can address the most deeply rooted concerns, knowing that being heard and seen is the very first step in the avenue of healing.

  • I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. As a counselor, I am committed to empowering others through love, understanding, and a collaborative approach to therapy.

  • My love language is quality time and Connecting with people, nature, and animals helps me feel whole. I grew up in Maine and my heart and soul feel at ease when I am in the mountains or near the ocean. I find peace in nature and love its grandeur, as nature - like life - can be harsh or tranquil. I love adventures with my family and every opportunity I have to spend with them.
